Q: Can I Order Online?

A: No, not at the moment please click on the I tunes, Beatport & or Amazon mp3 Links, You will be forwarded directly to the exact page.

Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: Currently you can pay via paypal.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Orders are shipped out once a week at this moment. This may change in the near future.

Q: I need an invoice. What do i need to do?
A: No action from your part is required. Invoices are issued and included for every shipment.

Q: I have a VAT number. Do I need to pay VAT on my order?
A: If your business is based in Belgium, VAT will be charged on you order. If your business is based outside Belgium and you have a valid VAT Number, no VAT will be charged.

Q: Can I get a discount if I buy more?
A: We currently offer a quantity discount: 5-9 items of the same product: 2% discount. 10-24 items of the same product: 4% discount. 25+ items of the same product: 6% discount.

Q: I run a shop/wholesale/distribution and want to sell your products. What do I need to do?
A: To apply for a shop/wholesale/distribution account you need to register in the shop, and then send an e-mail to sales@impartproductions.com, providing us with your expected turnover on our product, detailed info about your business and references of other suppliers you are currently working with. Your application will then be evaluated and you will be contacted by our sales department.

Q: What must I do when I’ve made a mistake while ordering?
A: Send an e-mail to sales@impartproductions.com and report what has gone wrong. Don’t forget to mention your Custumor Id and the order number. If you have paid online or wish to pay by wire transfer, you have to report this well in advance of the shipment. Otherwise we will regretfully not be able to adapt or cancel your mistaken order.

Q: How long will it take before my order is shipped?
A: If everything is in stock, your order will usually be shipped within 1 week after your payment had arrived our account. You can always refer to the status of your order on our website. You do need to be logged in order to do so.

Q: What happens if something is out of stock?
A: On our shop you will only be able to buy goods available. For any avoidance of doubt if for some reason we are not able to ship ordered goods that you already have paid we will refund them immediately.

Q: What must I do when something is wrong with the order I have received?
A: In order to be able to deal with your complaint we need you to fill in your RMA (Return Material Authorization) application form. You can do so by clicking on return policy. Complaints can only be dealt with if all requested data have been correctly filled in. We therefore ask you to be as complete as possible when doing so. You need our approval before being able return a product to us. Should the goods not be in accordance with the RMA application, we are forced to return the goods to you and charge you for administration and shipping costs.

Q: How do I know how much shipping costs I have to pay?
A: Your Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on the shipping method your choosing.

Q: Can I pay cash on delivery (pay to the postman)?
A: No, you can only pay using our pay pal service.

Q: Can I also order without having registered?
A: No, you need to register once only in order to be able to place an order.
