Return Policy

Products purchased from the Webstore are returnable within 14 days of delivery. Goods should be returned in new condition with all packaging and materials.
Refunds of the Product purchase price will be issued to the Paypal account or wired transfer with which You originally paid.
Please note that this right of withdrawal does not apply for Products that have been unsealed.

Warranty Returns:

Impart undertakes at its option, and subject to applicable law, to either replace, repair, or refund to You amounts paid for any Product that does not conform to its applicable warranty when Impart is notified during the applicable warranty period and the Product is returned to Impart. Such Product should be returned to Impart in its original condition (complete with all original packaging, accessories, and notices) together with a copy of the invoice of purchase (or other proof of purchase).

How to Return Products

RMA application

You need a RMA number in order to be able to return defective or mistakenly delivered products to us. RMA stands for Return Material Authorisation. You can only apply for a RMA number when you are a customer of Impart Productions bvba.
Our department for returns will handle your RMA application once it has received your application. If all is well, a RMA Number is produced which will be sent to you by e-mail.
You need to place the RMA number clearly legible on the wrapping and enclose a copy of the receipt on the wrapping as well.
If you live in Belgium you can return the goods to us free of any charge to us. You will receive this number by e-mail once the RMA has been approved by us. Customers living outside Belgium need to return the product at their own expense to:

Should the goods not be in accordance with the RMA application, we are forced to return the goods and charge you for administration and shipping costs.
Should the goods not appear to be defective or should the term of guarantee have expired, we are forced to charge investigation expenses.
Goods without any RMA number or without any receipt are returned without exception.
